Deeplectual uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to provide document processing, extraction, classification, summarisation, conversational responses, recommendations, reports and other assistance. AI-generated content is probabilistic and is not equivalent to human judgment, independent investigation or professional review.
AI systems may generate incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased or misleading information and may produce plausible statements that are unsupported by the underlying data, commonly referred to as hallucinations. Outputs can vary between requests. Performance depends on the quality, completeness, structure and context of input information.
Users must independently review and validate AI outputs before relying upon them, especially where an output may affect legal rights, finances, employment, health, safety, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations or other consequential matters. Customers should implement human approval, exception handling and audit processes appropriate to the risk of each AI workflow.
AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, employment, cybersecurity or other professional advice unless expressly supported by a separate written engagement with appropriately qualified professionals. Users should consult qualified advisers where professional judgment is required.
Deeplectual does not guarantee that an AI agent will increase revenue, reduce costs, prevent errors, detect every issue, achieve compliance, predict future events or produce any other particular business result. Predictions and recommendations may fail because relevant information may be unavailable, incorrect or outside the model’s capabilities.
Certain functionality may use third-party AI models, APIs, cloud infrastructure or related technologies. Their capabilities, availability, limitations, safety controls and processing practices may change. Deeplectual will use appropriate configurations for the relevant Services but cannot guarantee the independent operation or future characteristics of third-party technology.
Customer Data is processed to perform requested functionality according to the applicable service configuration and contractual terms. Deeplectual does not sell Customer Data and does not intentionally use Customer Data to train a publicly available general-purpose AI model without customer authorization, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Customers remain responsible for determining whether their information may lawfully be submitted to AI systems.
AI-generated output may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, customers may use output produced for them through the Services for legitimate purposes. Customers are responsible for reviewing output before publication, commercialization or incorporation into protected works.
Customers must use AI responsibly and lawfully and should apply additional safeguards to confidential, sensitive or regulated information. AI workflows should be designed with permissions, human oversight, approval, logging and escalation mechanisms proportionate to the potential consequences of error.
By using AI-enabled Services, users acknowledge the inherent limitations of artificial intelligence and agree that final decisions remain their responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deeplectual is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified AI output or from failure to apply appropriate human review.
