Such information is processed to provide the requested integration or AI functionality. Third-party systems remain subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
We use information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide AI agents and other requested functionality, process prompts and Customer Data, generate analyses and reports, operate integrations, provide support, maintain performance, detect and prevent fraud or security incidents, administer subscriptions, communicate service notices, comply with law, enforce agreements and protect the rights and safety of Deeplectual, its customers and other persons.
AI-enabled functionality may process Customer Data to generate summaries, classifications, extracted information, recommendations, responses and other outputs. Depending on the product, processing may involve Deeplectual technology or carefully selected third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Personal Data and confidential information and to instruct Deeplectual to process it.
Customer Data is processed to provide the requested Services and according to applicable product configuration and contractual commitments. Deeplectual does not sell Customer Data and does not intentionally use Customer Data to train a publicly available general-purpose AI model without customer authorization, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Aggregated, de-identified or anonymised information may be used for security, analytics, capacity planning and service improvement where permitted by law.
We may disclose information to employees, contractors, affiliates, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, security providers, communications providers, AI technology providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate or support the Services. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or lawful government request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, unlawful activity or threats to persons or property.
Deeplectual maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss. Depending on the service and environment, safeguards may include encryption in transit and at rest, identity and access management, role-based permissions, authentication controls, secure hosting, logging and monitoring, backups, vulnerability management and restricted administrative access. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfil contractual obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal and regulatory requirements and enforce agreements. Following termination, Customer Data may be deleted, returned or anonymised according to the applicable agreement and technical capabilities. Backup copies may remain temporarily under normal backup-rotation procedures.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to their Personal Data, including access, correction, deletion where legally available, withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based and grievance redressal. Requests should contain sufficient information to verify identity and locate the relevant information. Where a customer controls the processing purpose for information submitted through the platform, the individual may need to contact that customer first, and Deeplectual will provide reasonable assistance where required.
Deeplectual intends to operate its privacy practices in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and requirements, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable data-protection and cybersecurity requirements. Information may be processed outside India where permitted by applicable law and contractual commitments. This Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes may be communicated through the website, platform or other reasonable means.
